Beamline Pipe
introduction | specifications | ordering info
Pipes are used to transport the synchrotron radiation beam between components on a beamline. They can be shielded or unshielded. Both shielded and unshielded pipes are made from Stainless steel. Shielded pipes are enclosed inside a layer of lead which is covered with a layer of Stainless steel to protect the lead.
We can include pipe stands (see later) and shielded boxes on stands to suit in-line ion pumps.
