Year 3 Apprentice Award

Congratulations to Lilian on completion of her Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Engineering Manufacture. The icing on the cake is the Year 3 Award, presented at the 2019 ETT Apprentice Awards.

Lilian was nominated for the award by her training officer Rob Alderman, pictured above with Lilian, and the following endorsement given by FMB Operations Director, Richard Green:

“Since joining the company Lilian has shown determination to succeed and develop in her technician role. She has also demonstrated commitment through the use of her own time to learn new skills. This has provided value to the business as well as accelerating her own learning and development.

Lilian has been given a variety of challenging targets to meet and performed admirably. She is clearly someone who gains satisfaction through achievement. She also has the ability to think for herself and accepts the responsibility of her own actions.

Lilian has frequently demonstrated that she is not afraid to challenge others, particularly when their standard has fallen below her own expectations.”

We wish Lilian a long and happy future as she enters a new chapter here at FMB.
